Hillsboro post office is terrible! Got some power . . . Abuse it. Had a great mail carrier, she retired. Was told they can't deliver mail due to potholes. What ever happened to rain, sleet, snow we will deliver, we're too lazy now . . .

Amazon said my package would be delivered on Sunday. Usps tried delivering it on Saturday, and took it back to the post office because I didn't answer the door at 8 am I was sleep. I went in Monday to pick it up because it was being held for pick up. "It wasn't in the office" they claimed "it was out for redelivery", I went back home waited and watched her put mail in my neighbors mailboxes and she left. I went back to the post office and they said she has a crate waiting for her to make a second run she had to pick up so I wait on the parking lot and had my girlfriend stay home to wait for the package. Closing time at 5 rolls around and I go back in for information and they said she has not returned. So how many times do I have to be lied to by your employees if it's not in the office anywhere when I asked the first time and she doesn't deliver it when they claim it's out for delivery and I come back to ask you what's going on and you tell me there's a crate in the back for her second run that means nothing to me because you should have searched the office like you were supposed to instead of telling me some bull crap because you don't want to do your job. This is not the first time they lost my package in their facility. The first time this happened I contacted the company I purchase goods from for a refund and I would have to wait another week for the package to come from them. During the refund process the post office finally called me and told me they found my package after it had been missing for a week! If your employees are lazy you need to do away with them!

Hillsboro, MO USPS is the worst!!! The driver said that my package was not delivered because my driveway or front door were not accessible (due to snow)... that is a LIE!!! My road, driveway, and walkway to the front door have been cleared at all times today!!! My husband does snow removal and had Everything cleaned before he left and NOTHING ever accumulated at my house or on my road. They are lazy liars!!!! Plus, the package was so small that it fit in the mailbox!!! Thanks for ruining my Valentines Day!!!

We had multiple packages to be delivered to our address. Our packages were literally spilling out of our mail box with the door left open. One package I was looking for was undelivered and it states obstruction to door was the reason. It is nice weather, there is absolutely no obstruction to the door and we do not have a long driveway. Not happy! We have had it state that before and there is never an obstruction to the driveway ever and I am tired of see it state that because someone doesnt want to walk it to the door

How stupid can delivery people be. They wouldn't deliver to my new address and sent me something asking for my name and address. I've had stuff sent in four names to different addresses more cauliflower, newbaby, brock obama and my actual name to 8 places and not once have they refused to deliver because they want a name and address. I guess brock obama lives in Hillsboro MO.
