Terrible .i used to work for the post offics for 6 years in Michigan. The ccas or regulars here never alert us when packages are here. No knocking or ringing bell. Sometimes packages arent even porch they are on our sidewalk . today a almost 700 dollar computer was left on my porch and i didn't know it and it could've got stolen .

Sent a package to my son on October 9th, I even paid extra to over night it. He is able to call home each Sunday, twice he has said he has not gotten it. I put the tracking in my phone, received a message it was delivered to post office at 12:59 and delivered at 1:19. With him saying he hasn't gotten it, where is this package at. I am frustrated and pissed.

I sent a bunch of clothes and army gear home and haven’t received it in a month and I need to know why and where it is!

I am unsure why the soldier stationed at FLW in quarantine/controlled monitoring that mailed a letter had their outgoing letter processed by the Springfield MO post office. Springfield is over an hour and a half from Fort Leonard Wood. What is this post office doing with outgoing mail? Additionally Incoming mail is taking WEEKS to arrive to a soldier. Clearly this Post office needs more staff and space to process mail for thousands of soldiers and soldiers in training. This is ridiculous.

The soldier I’m writing has not received 6 of my letters! I would like to know why!

The post office on Fort Leonard Wood needs leadership and more employees. There is simply too much mail going in and out for what they can handle. Today I received 10 letters going out of this post office, some dated over 20 days ago. Please allow for more employees to work here and bring some organizational leadership so there can be more efficient processes. This is so important because this is the only way for communication between soldiers in training and their families.

A HUGE COMPLAINT!! The post office on Fort Leonard Wood is not picking up the mail to go out. Parents and spouses are waiting on very important papers and letters for almost a month and nothing. This is ridiculous and should not be happening! There are soldiers that can't send out letters because the boxes are so full mail can't slide in. I will report this further if action is not taken. The post office has been contacted about this before and evidently it has not worked. Thank you
