Could the Postal Service PLEASE post on the door of the Clarksdale, MO Post office NO SMOKING. I go in to get my mail from my post office box and almost gag because someone else is getting their mail and smoking inside the lobby. There has been many times when a person is smoking while talking to the Post Mistress. I thought smoking was not allowed in Federal buildings
