I have had several issues with this post office. The girl is terribly rude. They put a package in bottom lock, the key did not work so I went up there. She said she would bring my package to me in an hour as I live right across the street. I went to work came home and checked for a package no package left so I went back up there. She said she would bring it now. The reason she was to bring it is because the key did not work and she would get it out of mailbox with master key. Anyway when she got here she said “really (in a very rude way) me not knowing what she meant she followed with “Temu??!” You made me leave work for Temu? How rude is that? It does not matter who the package is from I was waiting for it & I could not get to it so I simply and politely went in to ask about it. Nobody deserves that! Do the next package that came was broken because they shoved it in box and that broke it. I took pics of item with a tape measure to show it was too large for box. Then I am issuing a check from a customer that has been coming since Covid the check was for March and it just came! It had been folded in half at one point. Now for the second time I am getting a late bill for my water that I know I mailed off in plenty of time. Basically I feel she failed to mail it. This place is absolutely terrible & untrustworthy to a fault.

Package not delivered. I saw the mail truck drop off my letters but no package. Then when I track it, it says undelivered due to no secure location, attempt was made at 5:45. Checked my cameras, and no attempt was made. Checked from 4:30-6:30. Set up for mail to be stopped on my vacation last week, and they delivered packages then... Reading all the reviews and this incompetence seems to be the norm. Very unhappy....

Packages are not being delivered on time. Instead I recieve messages stating USPS ran into issue when attempting delivery.... I have cameras, no attempt was made!! Today I stayed home. I seen the male postal driver pass my house then again after going through the neighborhood. What the heck??!

I own a business here in Cedar Hill mo. (two blocks away from the post office). Can route or priority changes be made so mail is delivered earlier (instead of 5 pm) ? Two day shipping is worthless when packages sit at the post office that long.

I pay for a service, I want my packages delivered to my home. That is what I pay for. Five or six times now I've had to call to get my packages delivered. The always yuse the excuse that it's a sub driver. I've watched from my living room as my driver just puts the note in the box and NEVER even gets out of the truck. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service..
