I don't know what is going on with the mail service lately. Some days my mail is delivered around 2pm and other days it won't show up till 8 or 9 pm. I have ordered things on line and they make it to the St. Louis postal center and then I don't hear of them again. They might show up eventually or not. This whole situation just really sucks.

Garbage. Customer services sucks. Need to change my address can’t do it online bc I do not have a bank account. Waited in line for twenty minutes only to be told they are out of forms and I have to do it online. Asked my mail carrier if I could get a form said they are no longer allowed to carry them. Will never use usps again would rather pay a private company that wants my business. Hope it gets shut down soon and the whole infrastructure of the mail carriers collapses. Of course then we will have all those dropouts wondering the streets. In short F off keep my mail don’t care anymore. Oh this was the second post office I’ve tried to get this changed.

Why is it cape girardeau post office workers, the ones who actually deliver mail, do not pick up mail you have stamped to be mailed, attached to your mailbox, instead they put mail in the box and walk away? This is the only town i have had this problem in. In 27 years of life, this is the only town that i have had this problem in.

I think they want you to put stamped mail inside the box and put up the little red flag so they know it’s there
