I am tired of my packages not being delivered to my mail box. I get my mail but not small packages. I have had to request that no packages to deliver, I must pick them up . I am okay with that . Earlier this year I put a package and 3 letters to be picked up by carrier. My granddaughter brought my package thinking it was a delivery to me . I told to to put it back in the mail box. I asked about the letters I put with the package, she said there were none. A little later she picked it up and delivered new mail. What happened to my letters ? Well I will tell you she picked the letters up in the morning but didn’t take package with her. I panicked. I had to call each creditor to explain that mail was stolen and that I stopped payment on the checks. I called and reissue payments from same account and had to open a new account. Later the next we I found out they were delivered to my creditors. I was out of $90.00 for stop payments on account, but the worse part was one creditor closed my account. This new carrier is terrible and has argued and yell at me denying that she picked up the letters. Tell me who did. Did she take my packages also ? You need to address this issue.
