Mailed a padded envelop on 12/13/19 at the Bowling Green, MO post office. It had a small box inside. Package total weight was just over 1 oz. - put 4 Forever stamps on it and taped the addresses to hold firmly. The package has not been delivered NOR has it been returned. Sender: Cindy Wilson 1401 Centerpoint Circle Apt. 106 Shiloh, IL 62269 Recipient: Tricia Arbaugh 701 Arbor Creek Way Nashville, TN 37217. Did not insure but feel the package should have been delivered or returned. Please help. Significant yet inexpensive gifts were enclosed. I tried to sign up on USPS to try to track but after filling everything out - it said the service was NOT available at this time. UGH.... Please help????
