Had to call this branch after it took 5 days for them to scan in orders for my customers. They did not offer any information I couldn't get myself through tracking, nor did they offer solutions or apologies. The employee I spoke with was very rude. Made me feel as though they were the customer, not me. I have reached out to the postmaster, but s(he) has not responded. So disappointed. I try to give my customers excellent service. I wish USPS would do the same for theirs.
I am not happy at all. We are a business, and we did NOT receive mail yesterday. I tried calling our local office - phone rings and rings then someone hangs up. I would come pick up. We need our mail..
Yesterday you dropped off a package for me in front of my garage in plain site of the street, where anybody passing by in a car or walking could see it. when all you had to do was walk maybe 8' and put on my porch where it could've been hidden from site. I didn't even know it was out there till the following day. what a lack of professionalism and common sense.........and you wonder why people are using your postal service less and less. Looking forward to your response, if any.
Spoke to Dawn Frentzel, postmaster. A change order had been submitted to the post office. She promised that I would have no more problem with my mail being placed in the condo box and that all future mail will be forwarded to Florida. This was in February . She was told I was no longer living there and all mail must be forwarded to Florida. It is now June 2021, my condo has been sold and the new owner has now received all my mail from February 2021 which contained bills from Missouri hospitals for my husbands sickness. Am I going to be sent to collection because the hospital has not received payment? I am utterly disgusted!!
So I own a business in Ellisville, which is down the road from the Ballwin Post Office.. I am on the “automatic pickup list” for packages. I ALWAYS have outgoing mail. And EVERY single day I watch the post man drive past my business. I’ve called them 5 times in the past 2 weeks because they are NOT picking up my packages! And manager on duty has nothing to say about it. Doesn’t correct employees..
WORST POST OFFICE EVER. IM SO TIRED OF CALLING AND COMPLAINING BECAUSE NOTHING CHANGES. WISH I COULD JUST DROP THEM OFF MYSELF BUT IM BUSY RUNNING MY BUSINESS. DO BETTER BALLWIN POST!!!
Only ONE mail carrier does me the great favor of knocking to see if I have outgoing packages or mail. Usually, they drive by so fast and don't bother to pick up the packages that are stacked outside the door, in plain sight. Postmaster is not helpful at all and has an "I don't care" attitude. This location is horrible and they have very few responsible employees who actually do their job...yet they all get paid well, with good benefits, BY US.
The tracking number says it was delivered to my mail box. It was not there. This has happened several times over the past years. This is our tax dollars wasted on incompetent people. This post office is the worst!!!!!!!!!!
I just returned from picking up a certified letter at the Ballwin post office. I took a number and waited my turn. They never called any numbers it was all on the honor system. After waiting for my turn I approached the man at the desk and he very snidely said I don't do that you have to go over there and ring the bell. When I asked how I was suppose to know that he said the was on note on the door. So I waited in line again. Upon leaving I did not see any sign on the door about certified mail. This is the worst post office.
Terrible. My package was out for delivery on 6/12/16. Status has not changed since. Submitted request for lost package online, on 6/30/2017. NO REPLY. Search ID# 22833627. I then went to visit the local post office. They took my information over two weeks ago. I have not received a reply. I then submitted another email with no reply. Confirmation HQ133909002. I am pissed!
