I purchased an item from Ebay, too big to fit in mail box. Postman put the key for storage locker in my mail box. Opened storage locker to find nothing. Second time, has happened less than six weeks. Had to meet us at our mailbox to open another locker last time. Probably will need to again. Don't even get me started on the service provided on Priority Msil shipments, wew, even worse.

I am out of town. Temu said they attempted to send a package today USPS. I am trying to schedule a pick up or a redelivery. If the mailman would put it on front porch I have a neighbor watching for it tried to talk to an agent but wouldn’t let me with out number of redielivwry notice. How can I give that number when I’m out of town. So disgusted. I needed an agent. Sometimes you need a real person!!!!!

They do not deliver my mail daily, I get email notices in the morning with a picture of the mail that they should be delivering that day, sometimes I get that day but not too often it is usually 3 or 4 days later. Have complained before and received a phone call from Dawn at the Arnold post office, she was very rude and said they deliver everyday but yet other homes on my street have the same issues. Tried telling Dawn that there have been days that I go up to the post office to mail items and the box on the parking lot is full and mail is falling out on the ground. She point blank told me I was lying.. but yet other people told me they seen that too, one lady picked up the mail from the ground and took it inside to them. But yet they wanted raises and keep raising the cost of stamps.

I agree, I'm supposed to get a yearbook in the mail and I still haven't got it. We haven't got mail in over 2 weeks which is weird and definitely not normal. and the trash man hasn't come either

On Saturday, Dec. 18, I put 2 pieces of mail in our mailbox along with a signed note to hold our mail until Jan 3. To my surprise, we got home on Thursday Dec. 30 & found over one week's mail in my mailbox. The note was definately picked up. Please, please don't tell me "there was a sub on", "you are not on a regular route", etc. Also excuses, no reasons. I await your answer. Peggy Allen, 1154 Hickory Ridge Trail, . Yes, I am very familiar with the post office service. If you will look @ the list of Postmaster for Arnold, MO, you will see my dad Ray Baum was the Postmaster and my mom was a clerk in the office.

Visited the post office today and service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. Just thought I should let you know, the last several times have all been great, fast, friendly service. In past years service has been poor, very slow, long lines and when you were waited on they acted like they did not want to be bothered. Great change and thanks to whoever is responsible.
