I rescheduled a delivery for yesterday (Fri 6/28/24). I waited all day and my item was not delivered. The hours on the website says the Post Office is open until noon on Saturday so I called to find out what happened if my package was still there and got a message their closed. I pretty upset I was not notified that my product was not going to be delivered. Very poor service and their webpage needs to be updated.

We have an app that shows what mail is being delivered each day. On 1/26/24 the app showed an important tax document being delivered along with a lot of junk mail. Got the junk, but NO tax document. Tried calling the post office, on 1/29/24 (3 times) and received no answer, just rang several times then hung up. Pretty poor operation.

never got my order from amazon as promised by usps on nov.11,2018.called was told today yet no pkg. they seem to use this address as a training route which screws up the mail here if we get it at all!
