2nd time this has happened now, tracking said “delivered, left in mailbox” in this case it said it was delivered at 4:34 P.M, so I went to the address that I had it delivered to, and it’s not there. The mail in this area usually gets here around 5 or 6 p.m so I’ve been waiting since 4:30 for the package (writing this at 6:40) and nothing has been sent to me saying it’s late or lost it just says it’s there and it isn’t

The tracking information for my package said, "The post office attempted to deliver your UPS SurePost package and left a delivery notice with instructions". I was home all day, checked all my doors, cameras and mailbox, no delivery instructions anywhere. Where is my package??

I reported a missing package in Texas and Winona USPS followed up the next day with a personal phone call. Good Job and thanks for your public service!

Amazon showed I had received a package, and I received absolutely no mail. I tried calling the Post Office, and no one ever answers the phone. This is maddening.

Do you ever answer your phone? Been trying to call for an hour. Fed Ex delivered a package to you destined to me. States the package was delivered to my home as planned. There is no package here. Fed Ex said call you. So I'm trying. Please answer your phone. Thanks.

We recently had our mail held and it was to be delivered this past Saturday, May 27. It was not delivered. I stopped by your postal office early Tuesday morning and a staff person retrieved it from the truck before he began his route. She apologized, but was busy and in a rush and had no time to talk with me. We had been gone 10 days and it was a huge disappointment and inconvenience to not have our mail delivered as scheduled. This has happened in the past and seems to be a regular occurrence. What kind of procedure do you have in place so that this does not happen for customers? Please, please see what you can do to stop further problems concerning delivering mail after it has been held. Thank you,

It really bugs me that my mail is not placed in my mailbox and I get a note on next day's mail stating the mailbox was blocked. Hey! Post delivery person, I do NOT have control over who parks where on a public street. This does not happen too often but it is very annoying when it does happen and in most cases the mail person could simply step get of their vehicle to place the mail in the box. On 3 other occasions (when it was not even winter time and no snow to stop delivery) the mail person left a personal note in my box telling me mail could not be delivered because some car (on a public street) was parked near my mailbox, but they could deliver the note to me... Come on.... Quit penalizing the resident because some stranger parks near their mailbox. Poor customer service. People get meds via mail... Think about that....
