The lady working behind the counter is the most unfriendly, unhelpful person I have ever met! This is not the first time I have dealt with her and every time I have had to it’s been the most miserable experience! I will do everything I can to not have to go in that building and see her! I also know for a fact I am not the only person in this community to feel this way. I have asked around and they all know exactly who I am talking about! This lady should not have any interaction with people as she ruins their day! Get a different job if you don’t like it!!!!!!!!

There is a Woman working in the waseca post office behind the counter that is very unhappy. Matter of fact this women is so miserable in her own life it seems to me she needs to take it out on other people. So she is going postal on the Waseca customers who come in. I know because it happened to me. I have no idea what ive done to make her angry but every time I go there she finds any petty reason I have made a mistake in sending one of my packages. I am tired of smiling and hoping things will change she has driven me away I will no longer use this post office and I am wondering if I am alone on this or if other people know this women. If anyone sees this let me know. Thanks

Not very happy with the post carrier we are SUPPOSED to have. We have had the same letter sitting in our mailbox with the flag up since Friday! It is obvious that they don’t even stop by our house until we have a good pile of mail. We are receiving expected mail late, when the letter itself has proof on it that it was sent out on time. We will go two to three days without mail, then have a good handful at the end of the week. This needs to be addressed because it is NOT okay.

All year long, the postal carriers cut across my yard, tracking a path no matter how muddy, or dead and dried out that in summer spreads noctious weeds, and kills grass, during the winter you can pile snow 3' tall and even after asking them not to, they still walk through your yard. I'm dieing of cancer so haven't shovelled in the month of April, and now they decided they can't walk through my yard to deliver mail so have been without delivery. Yet the "carriers determine their own safety" how about they just buck up and do their job! Trump was right USPS needs serious reform.
