I place two envelopes into the outgoing mail bin at my apartment building on Wednesday April 20th. One envelope going to Rochester and the other to Alaska. It’s is now Monday May 2nd. It has been 12 days and neither one has been delivered. I call the post office and no one answers. This is really frustrating!

I live in the Liberty Glen Loop area. Recently my outgoing mail is not being delivered. It has cost me numerous late fees and ‘stop payment’ charges!!

I was told my 2 pallets of merchandise was delivered on the 12th of July. I never recieved these pallets. They told me to contact the Postal service. The tracking no.UG073613959YP. l would like to know if you found this. My # is 320-251-4464

I have 2 packages from Amazon, USPS says I received them, but I have not received either of them. I try calling the local post office but the mail box is full and can't leave a message. I try the automated phone and I get the run around. Extremely frustrating. I can't trust them to order any products for fear of losing them.

mail service in the northwest part b of st. Cloud has never been worse. We received no service on Friday and as of 7pm sat still no Friday mail let a lone sat.

Honesty whats going on with the post office they failed to deliver my package because "they couldnt find my address" i looked at my cam seen the mail man and deliver my mail and not my package and now i have wait to more weeks to get it back.

I called and spoke to the St Cloud Post Office today becasue my son was not getting mail at his college apartment. Postmaster was very friendly and provided usefull advise to alert my son's postal carrier he and his roomates were living in the aprtment. Thank you.

I got an email the day after my package was delivered.... now someone stole my package... I was home all day and I didn’t get an email and I didn’t get a notification. My neighbors don’t have it and I’ve looked around my whole house for the lost package. I have called the post office many times and no one answers. I was not notified that my package was here. Very disappointed

For many weeks now, our mailman has been dropping off mail around 6pm. Tonight, it is now 6:30 and he just stopped. Totally ridiculous! What if we have mail that needs to go out? Because of the time, it doesnt even go on the same day as being picked up! Very unhappy with the Postal Service!

I’m an apartment manager. Mailboxes to 35 apartment units left open for the third time in two weeks. They still deliver to the wrong apartments. Sometimes mail isn’t delivered or picked up for days. Not impressed with the St.cloud- Sartell postal service.

Received a notice when I checked my tracking number, sender didn't add my apt. # so they are checking for the number. Well you have delivered my mail for 7 years you even dropped off my mail today but you couldn't find what apt.# I am. What???? I have had the worst mail service for 9 months now.... When is it going to change????

I'm ticked. I tried to call the local post office to let my mail carrier know that he has the wrong tracking number to search for, but I couldn't talk to a human being nor even leave a message!
