I ordered my daughter a gift from Amazon, it was going to be sent in 2 packages. Amazon sent me a message that the gifts could not be delivered. It was written that the driveway was blocked. I asked my daughter if they had a fence in the driveway. She said no. I called the post office in Roseau MN, they said yes they had two packages there for them. I asked why it was not delivered, and the man told me because it wouldn't fit in his car. That amazon uses such big boxes. I asked if they were going to deliver it and he said no. They would have to pick them up themselves. They went to the post office and received one of the gifts. I was just notified again that the post office is having problems delivering the package. While both packages were there, they only gave them 1 of the gifts. I hope someone reads this, and does something about it. Not very good service at all.
Today I went to the post office simply to mail a few pictures. All I needed was an envelope to put them in. I waited around 10 minutes in line for two people that went before me with similar needs. I walked in and grabbed the envelope and started writing the address. The man working said “hey if you are going to be writing a lot you need to get out of the room.” I said I am writing an address so I can give this to you. He got angry and said “you need to get out of the room.” There is someone else in line. Through the shouting of the rude worker, I finished the address in a little under two minutes. I handed it to him and he started losing it about how he asked me two times to get out. Now, this took a total of two minutes with one person in line after we had waited 10 minutes. It is absolutely unacceptable for a worker to treat customers so poorly. I do not see myself going to the post office again due to the horrible customer service.
