Had dozens of issued since one specific carrier started working here. Filed a complaint because they were returning packages saying I had moved/damaging packages and my garage door. Now they are holding all packages at the post office instead of delivering in retaliation for making the complaint even after promising to complete their deliveries. Childish. Please just deliver my mail. Is it that difficult?

Two packages this week have been left with the wrong address. One has been returned. I am still waiting for the other one. Of course it is the most expensive one and a gift. Chances are I will never see it and have to go through the hassle of getting my money back and reordering. This needs to stop. Please pay more attention!

Yesterday, I received 1-2 pieces of mail for three different neighbors. (Makes me wonder if I am receiving all of mine.) I called the local phone number for the Rogers post office to tell them about it, and it rang and rang until it disconnected. I tried again with the same result- it rang and rang until it disconnected. I tried again and got a busy signal, and now I am getting busy signals each time I try. Obviously, someone took the phone off the hook! God forbid they answer their phone! This is unacceptable! I've gotten other people's mail since in a while - but for three other neighbors??!!

How horrible! I received noice that an attempt was made to try and deliver our package but something was blocking access to the entrance. NOTHING was blocking anything to front door. Our driveway is clear and there IS clear access right tour home. In fact I was home at the time they claimed to attempt delivery. I need this package and this is unacceptable. Now. I will have to call And see what to do, I may have to order again and have it delivered to our business. I do not need one more thing to contend with

I am so annoyed. My postal carrier from Rogers Post Office delivered a gift card to the wrong address --- took 3 days for them to find it. Had to cancel the gift card and get a new one -- It was a birthday present, NOW - they delivered a package and put it in the postal box and left the key in my box...I have tried for two days to get in and the key does not work. I left a note in the box - do you think he could have delivered it to my house ????? No.....I find the guy at the desk to be very nice but the girl that answers the phone and deals with issues is rude and not very apologetic for their stupid mistakes.

I work overseas and return to Rogers in the summer. I have been met with only patience, helpfulness, and cheerfulness from the Rogers postal staff. They welcome me, help me to renew my forwarding information every summer, mail my large packages to various stations overseas locations, help with forms, etc. I look forward to returning to Rogers permanently this summer and to doing business with this postal office.

Now the 5th time in a year my package was left in someone else's mailbox. Good thing I have honest neighbors that deliver my mail since the post office didn't.

Since moving to Rogers this is the mail location that we have to use. All of the staff is rude that I have come in contact with. The carrier is the worst! She will not wave or say hello to you and she will also not even speak to you if you are walking up to her vehicle. I have called to complain about it only to be met with another rude person justifyin the carriers behavior! The hours are terrible, who works a FT in the city to get to Rogers by 4:30pm!! Honestly they really need to get better people in this location that really know what customer service is!

Yes, they are. The staff is rude. I just talked to a guy the morning 12/19/16, he was rude and had no patience. He was a JERK.
