This Post service is the worst I have ever experienced. Unfortunately I live in Rockville and have to deal with this rude postmaster non stop. Today she hang up on me again after a phone call I had made. According to my tracking I have had a package there for 10 days now. She told me she had put a key for a package box in my p.o. box wich neither my son or me ever saw and now wants to charge me with the replacement of the lock. The service hours are only until 2:30 p.m. no normal working person can ever make it to the desk with these hours and it is a hassle every time I receive a package. We really miss Peggy Brown our old postmaster. She was a sweetheart and had great customer service skills.
