Postal Locations

We have had multiple days that our mail is not picked up when the flag is up and very easy to see. I called the support number and went to the "other" option 6 and got the message they were not able to service our call at this time and directed me to the web. Probably what I should have expected.

Our home mail delivery has been spotty. There are bills I have not received and have accrued late fees. Very upsetting since I always pay balances in full and on time. Mail sits out for a couple days before getting picked up. Even at our business we can't count on daily delivery. So disappointed. I have lived her all my life and have never had problems like this.

I have tried to contact bear creek post office by phone never get an answer. I have called 800 275 8777 after listening to a lengthily list of options none of which had an option that fit my question I finally reached a real person she forwarded my phone number to bear creek and assured me i would receive a call back in 2 to 3 business days. It's been a week and I am still waiting for a call back.I am trying the toll free number and have been on hold for18 minutes. I can't complain about service there isn"t any.

My package did not show up, though I received an email saying it did. I was using your phone number at Valleyhigh to report this, but they cut me off. I still need help with finding my package. Will you help me?? Thanks, Elaine

So if your postal delivery person goes on vacation the USPS doesn’t deliver your mail or pickup your mail and not tell you and you can’t pickup the mail at post office !!

Mail service is horrible. I put mail in with the flag up and it sat there for 2 days!! I finally took it out of my mailbox and took it to the Valley High Office and dropped it there. What is going on? I never know when they will deliver mail to me or pick up

Home mail has gone to zero. Last Saturday no house mail. Again no mail Tuesday. Both days, We get Post Bulliten paper

Hi, I appreciate our mail services. Recently, March 4, 2022, Friday, my mail was opened - such as my bank statement. This is not the first time that my mails were ripped opened. Other time, my RPU and MN energy mail were opened. I would like to know why it was opened. Could you please help me finding out why it was opened? Thank you, Wathana

Our mail delivery is HORRIBLE. Not only do we not get our mail everyday, and the people on both sides of us get theirs. He/she does not pick up mail when flag is up. Packages are late up to a week and a half. Certified mail is not even attempted to be delivered. This is getting ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I have lived in Rochester my entire life, and yes I’ve had issues from time to time, but nothing like this. This is EVERYDAY. I’ve been in this house for 4 weeks and we need a new mail person. Ours should be fired immediately. I can’t even imagine doing my job this poorly.

Package not delivered to the correct address and is just sitting at the USPS in Rochester, MN. No one will answer the phone. Can anyone help?

My mail and packages are OFTEN delivered to the the wrong house. I have called numerous times regarding this issue. Tried to call AGAIN today and the phone just gets disconnected. I leave a note in my mail box each time this happens but it continues. I am really fed up with the carriers who do not seem to know how to read an address!!!

At the Valleyhigh location, there is an older man who works there. In my opinion, he is crotchety and kind of intense, and I hate getting him at the counter. Everyone else is great.

I live in an apartment complex. There is a slot for outgoing mail. Retrievable only by the postal person. Today I went to get my mail and my outgoing mail (which was time sensitive) was laying on a shelf in the mailroom. Why the mailman didn't take it I don't know. I live at the Boulders Apartments in SE Rochester. Maybe you could check into this matter for me.

Today is April 2nd, mail was not picked up or delivered on April 1st. This happens on almost weekly basis in NW Rochester the past 5 months. I am so tired of hearing that COVID has impacted service and yet today it is announced that USPS is laying off people? Tried calling local number and as usual cannot get anyone to answer and then get cut off. Tried calling Customer Service # and got a recording that they aren't responsible for local services. Just would like to know if mail will be picked up today or if I have to make arrangements for a way to get to the post office to drop it off - I have bills that I cannot do on line that need to be paid by Monday.

It’s located on the NW side of town that services the SW side of Rochester! Valley high drive is where it’s located on!

We did not get mail on Monday (2/8/21). We got mail twice the next day (9 AM and 4:15 PM). Two of the 3 pieces in AM were not ours (belonged to neighbor). This randomly happens. Also, maybe a couple months ago, I had a piece of outgoing mail in box with flag up (I am sure of this). Mail was delivered, flag put down, outgoing mail not taken.

Does the Rochester, MN post office have a carrier station that serves the customers in 55902?

I have a package that was necessary and stated that it would be on delivered yesterday (Saturday Oct. 3rd). Today is Sunday Oct 4th. I have noticed my package was accepted at a local 55901 location. Will my package be delivered to me today, or is there a way I can otherwise obtain it today? I will need it immediately for tomorrow morning before locations open or my mail person's usual (and quite late) arrival.

My store, The Music Mart, has been closed for the last 2 weeks because of Gov. Walz's stay at home order. We do not have a mail slot at our location (3552 West River Parkway NW). Is there a place where i can pick up mail in person or make arrangements to meet our mailman at the store on Friday morning? Thank you!

It is now Friday and we have only received mail one day this week at our place of business. This in itself is unacceptable. I have called three times in the past to complain about not getting mail at home over this past year, but to not receive it at a place of business is reprehensible. I am not sure who reads this, if anyone, but this needs to change and it needs to change now, or people will start to find alternative ways to get their mail across the country that is sadly more reliable than United States Post Office.

As of today, Wednesday, August 28, 2019, the outgoing mail has not been picked up by the postman since Saturday. It is overflowing. By now, our tenants probably are late on bill payments and other important mail they expected to be delivered on time. Also, the doors on the back of the mail boxes which is the postman's access to all the boxes was left unlocked!! It is still unlocked after reporting to a mail delivery man yesterday. . Please see to this matter ASAP!!

The post office is a joke. I live in scenic oaks. My husband shovels and blows the snow away from the mailboxes daily. I have a USPS package with tracking number that I am expecting and it should have been delivered Feb 19 before 8 pm. It’s now Feb 21 and there is no update......still says delivery “will” occur two days ago! I’ve called the Valleyhigh PO and they hang up after it rings for 5 minutes. If I call the general 800 line, the wait time is over 3 hours. I know they didn’t even attempt deliver for the last two days. UPS delivers daily. The PO is a joke.

Why is the mail not been delivered to my address at 2332 Timberwood LN SW, Rochester, MN 55902? Nothing has been delivered on our cul-de-sac for the last 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday, February 12th and 13th). The time now is 7:45 PM on Wednesday.

This is a complaint against the Postal System.. I have called and left a message, I have been in to the Post office to speak to someone concerning my problem, and no one returns a call, or talks to me at the post office.. I'm getting fed up with the postal system. I was into the post office over two months ago and left my name/phone number.. NOTHING>>> Very very unprofessional to say the least.. I have a box that was gone thru by someone during shipment toTX. They took gifts that were for my family. I had this box insured and now I want to be reimbursed for this... This matter needs to be cleared up now... It's been almost a year...
