Just received a package marked"Tea". Package was left by garage door in the rain. The bottom of the box was totally wet. We have a protective area by our front door that this package would not have gotten wet at all. This is a common occurance with our current postal worker.

I am wondering why postal workers at the front desk are not wearing masks. I had to go to PO today to mail my taxes and found it difficult to understand why the person waiting on me didn’t follow this CDC guideline, exposing me to risk. Shouldn’t federal employees be adhering to CDC guidelines, especially when having direct contact with public? Thank you.

Once again, we must complain about our mail carrier that delivers along Crown Drive in Minnetonka. At 9:35am this morning I observed our carrier attempt to stuff our mail into the bow without stopping his truck. In one motion he attempted to open the box door, thrown in several pieces of mail all at once and accelerate away. He failed to get the mail all in the box and left the box door open as he sped off. We require a response from the Glen Lake Post Office informing us of what actions it is taking with this mail carrier to stop this behavior and properly deliver the US mail.
