I have not received my home mail for four days. There was a dated correspondence to be picked up and therefore late. I am not pleased. I have called several times and several numbers and have NEVER spoken to a live person only a recording. This is getting very frustrating to say the least.

Help! In December I talked to someone at the post office to discontinue forwarding my mail to Apple Valley I have since talked with 3 other personnel on the phone. My mail is still being forwarded and some is being sent back to senders. Also, someone took the liberty to put on my mailbox. Vacant... when it wasn't. I have been expecting a check from the IRS and now it is lost in limbo someplace. Please let these postal workers know they should be more attentive in their work habits.

I’ve had two people tell me to go pick up my mail and I still don’t have it after six months of fraud. I have lost everything because I cannot respond illegal and they shoved me out of my home to get rid of my address and now I can’t even see what’s coming where. I have been given a post office box by my husband‘s divorce attorney after he moved jurisdiction to Minnesota thanks to you guys. I have no representation and he has gone to every effort to fraudulently make me crazy so that no one will believe me or help me ever. I have rights supposedly. I filed a complaint with the inspector that disappeared I filed another one is that gonna go away too? Yes

Federal Trade Commission or the federal commerce commission and the US state department. It will take a lot of time to do anything but you can and should file complaints even with the better business Bureau also HIPPA as well. No one has the right to hostage you over personal information. Withhold it so they can't sell it

I was in desperate need to talk to someone from the post office using the phone number posted on website 612-349-4715 and always got to the part with recording " the mailbox you are trying to reach is full .....". So I tried to search the location through the USPS website, it turned out there is another number 612-349-4713. I was able to finally talk to the post office person. Want to share this, hope it helps.

Don't live in Minnesota I'm a disabled Veteran 100. 0/0 present service conected I got my rating the first time I ask for help. Then a train hit my truck and because I was in the hospital and not in my home they took away mybPO box because I complained about getting someone else mail in my box who lives in the same town with a different box number on the mail this has going on for years sometimes my mail was hand delivered from a neighbor and taped to my house door or lost or months old before I would get it no home delivery and this PO box was all I had and I asked a friend to let me get my mail at one of his properties he owns but it was the postmaster decision to do this she works in Cottonwood my address is in Echo this is the worst State to work or live in.

Sue, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, The Federal Commerce Commission, The State Department, and HIPPA. Don't let them hostage you or your mail. File a complaint with the Better business Bureau and attorney general's office of the state you live in.

On Friday my boyfriend was driving down Lake Street and 10th and he came across a man that had fallen out of his wheelchair. He had to drive three blocks further to turn around to get back to this man. There were people walking past him and not helping. When he got a chance to park his car he ran out to offer assistance to this person that was face down in the mud and clearly could not help themselves. There was a mailman standing 6 feet away staring at his handheld computer and avoiding all of it. I have never in my entire life been so disgusted with a human being. My boyfriend looked at the mailman and told him to help and once he helped he went I was gonna walk away and call the cops. We need to do better I wish I knew this mailman‘s name so I could talk to him myself and explain to him that he has failed I am disgusted with humanity and I am incredibly disgusted with this mailman.

URGENT; Your website is impenetrable to me. I'm old & do not have a password, & your phone is always busy. I'M NOT GETTING MAIL, & I two very important legal documents have been sent to me I'm PETER WILSON, 8 East 25 St, Mpls MN 55404 My landlord [?] REMOVED the mail boxes for storefronts over a month ago. The regular mailman just shoved letters under my door. That was fine. I must have a new mailman. I'm only in the store of FRIDAY afternoons, so perhaps he is holding my mail. There is usually someone next door at WHITTIER ALLIANCE. I authorize them to receive my mail! I have also knocked out a window pane in my front door and inserted a mail slot. Use it, please. Please get my witheld mail to me ASAP!

Please explain to me why a Priority Mail envelope went from Minneapolis post office addressed to Belle Plaine, Mn went to Mankacto , Mn and than on to Blue Earth Post office by passing Belle Plaine. It was Priority mail which should have been in Belle Plaine on friday. It was mailed 08/24/21 and addressee will not get it until sometime today 08/30. this is NOT priority. I am highly unhappy with your performance. This was mailed from Calif and they did their job right and this post office dropped the ball. Why?????

Hi there I live in north Minneapolis and recently my mail man hasn’t been picking up my mails. Instead he only sends me my mails but refuses to pick up my mails. This is the 3rd time he has done this and I am really disappointed. Last year my mail man has done this also. I have also called the post office number but no one is picking up. Please train your mail to work better!! I don’t want to come to the post office and complain to your manager!!

I just tried calling the Main Post Office to tell them about the broken drop box at 28th and Lyndale So, and when I tried to leave a voicemail, I was told the mailbox is full. Are you kidding me? This is a very bad joke.

Wed June 17 2020 I don't think any live people are manning the post office. maybe the emergency line since i read the mail service got most of their mail out of the minnehaha station before it burned down. gee i wonder how they knew they should get the mail out. did they know it was going to burn? of course they didn't take out the items in the po boxes so individuals lost their mail.I tried calling as my attorney has not received her check that I put in the mailbox a day or two before the fire. downtown location phone # said voicemail person not subscribed and hung up on me. the 1800 # routes you in circles. Lets see, police station, post office burned, hmmmm the new loft or condos they were building, burned common tactic by the mafia to get a return on their construction investment is burn it down for the insurance. Yeah I smell fraud. every building that burned i guarantee gets a huge insurnace settlement. it is all a scam. they are all corrupt yet throw citizens in jail at the highest rate of any country in the world. goodbye freedom

I have also seen racist posts from Teddy Igor Wanschura on Facebook and I have a screen shot of one that I would be happy to share with you. If he is currently employed by the USPS, please investigate and take corrective action immediately.

I’ve been making masks and sending to family friends essential workers etc free if cost! Unfortunately some were never received and am thinking it was my own fault for improper packaging. I don’t care about the masks it’s ok I hope the lost ones go to people that need them. A very special Daffy Duck table scarf was made and sent in one envelope and that I am so so sad about. Is there any way this item probably in Minneapolis facility be returned to me? Hope I receive an email.

Why are postmen not wearing masks and gloves, not to protect them but to protect the city of Mpls?. They are circulating more than anyone else and visit every home. Many can be asymptomatic.

a) 612-349-4715 forwards to a totally different # and recording tells you it doesn't accept messages. "Good bye". Suggest only showing 1-800-Ask-USPS® (275-8777). b) This website isn't the official USPS site.

I have a package that has been somewhere in transit between Minneapolis and the next door city of St. Louis Park for nearly a week. I've called both post offices and although the process has been slow the people answering the phone on both ends have been cordial and at least trying to help. While I would like to get the item in the mail at least I am grateful for the polite treatment.

Minneapolis USPS is the slowest! Packages just sit for days without being sorted and delivered. I sent a package to a recipient whom lived in an apartment complex and the carrier just left it outside the door for anyone to grab! Have had more than one package unaccountable for by them and is no wonder if their carriers leave deliveries outside doors for anyone to steal. They are overpaid incompetents whom don't care!

Don't bother calling the number to locate a post office witth extended hours unless you know of a zip code offering extended hours. The line is automated and requires you to input a zip code. It doesn't allow for questions regrading branches with extend hours. P.O.S.
