I’m glad the station is back open, unfortunately you’re back to your usual poor service. I stopped in at 3pm on 10/24/22. ONE person behind the counter and 12 people in line. Add in the fact that the people being helped didn’t have correct name or address on their pkg. postal clerk spent 15 minutes with them. Honestly it was longer, he was helping when I arrived and still helping when I gave up. Seriously, if you’re only going to have ONE window open, they can’t get bogged down with hand holding. This station knows their clientele. They know they often need extra help mailing overseas and with language. I’m not complaining about that, I’m complaining about there never being enough staff. If someone needs a break, the manager needs to get off their duff and help out at a window.
