How do I report missing mail (a First Class 9 by 12 envelope containing several papers) that I mailed in the first box outside on March 3, 2021 and still has not arrived at its destination only several miles away. I have called the P.O. with no luck, and am trying to submit a missing mail request online but do I need to open an account to do this? I do not want or need an account, I just want to file a missing mail form. with the mail info you require. Thank you, B. Dewey

I work at NWHSU 2501 W.84th St. I have tried to talk with carrier and supervisor that handles the College's mail. NWHSU has accommodated Post Service during shut down to present . Carrier doesn't come inside to pick up mail I bring it to door 8 at the College. Time for mail pick up varies everyday which doesn't give me time to process mail and get mail to door. I have out going mail everyday but 6 out of 10 I end up taking mail to PO myself in my own car. Carrier speeds into lot drops mail at door and speeds out of the lot. Not if giving time to even get to the door when I happened see him out my window. Call supervisor for route I was told it's my fault for not getting it out in time. Carries told me he's not on the clock and he can't change time for pick up by 10-15 minutes. Today I was walking down the hall at 9:38 just in time to see carrier speeding out of lot. Student told me carrier came speeding behind him as he was walking in the door. Seams NWHSU is getting bad service from this branch. Like I side I tried to get a pick up after carrier has left. Called in one day carrier came back, called next day mail was just drop at door. When I called for pick was told carrier can't come back. When I call to talk with supervisor I don't expect to talk to condescending. At one time carrier used profanity towards which you office was not aware because when I call I'm not transferred to someone that can help with this situation.
