Ordered 3 pairs of my prescription glasses from Zenni. Someone probably assumed they are readers, but they are NOT. Was being delivered through USPS. The package was “missent” to the Foley, MN P.O. then rather than reroute it straight to Ogilvie P.O. to be delivered from there it was sent back to Waite Park, then to St. Paul then to Ogilvie for crying out loud. At some point “someone opened the perforated edge” and took the 3 glass cases out of the packaging. At some point between it being received between the Foley and Ogilvie USPS, someone had folded and placed the unsealed and opened Zenni bag in a clear plastic USPS bag and they placed a fluorescent sticker with a box checked stating “RECEIVED WITHOUT CONTENTS” Needless to say NO ONE signed the signature on the labeling or sticker. There is no way a machine did this! (I am a previous employee of the USPS and I am quite familiar with the process mail goes through) A machine would have torn the packaging NOT neatly opened the perforated edge and a machine would not have mysteriously taken 3 good sized, bright blue Zenni eyeglass cases from inside plastic packaging. 🤔 Note: I do not put much confidence in mail delivery these days, as I moved in July and my mail being forwarded has recently taken 2 months to get to me. **Milaca USPS is in charge of Foley and Ogilvie USPS locations.

Thank you to all the postal carriers and folks that work at jobs such as this- ones that many take for granted. I appreciate being able to post packages and purchase stamps locally, as well as having daily mail delivered to my home without needing to drive half an hour or more. Thank you.

Milaca carriers are 1 1/2 hours behind because of almost 2 foot snow drifts and low visibility. Why are the walking carriers, at least, not being called in when a lot of the businesses are closed because of the storm?

I was told packages will never be delivered to my house again until there are no longer dogs on my property. They are saying my dog was aggressive towards a carrier. I’ve had packages delivered to my house for 3 years with no issues with the exact same dogs. My dogs have never been aggressive towards anyone. When I received the first notice my dogs had not even been outside yet that day... they said something about a waiver I need to sign to get packages delivered again. Then they stated over the phone that there is no waiver and I need to write a note.. I have no idea what is expected when the post office won’t give a direct answer. Also got threatened that they would call animal control as I was stating my dogs were not outside when I got my pink slip in the mailbox. They were extremely rude & unprofessional for being a post office and very unhelpful.
