I ordered ink cartridges online from what I thought was Office Depot in Mankato, MN. That was what I had searched for! After ordering from a sale, I received an e-mail saying I had joined something and my order would be shipped promptly! I e-mailed them and complained! Can I refuse the package and get my money refunded? --Teresa Bross

probably the rudest interaction i’ve ever had with anyone working in customer service. told to call before showing up, after they delivered my package to the wrong address, to find out the phone is off the hook. i get to the facility it’s completely locked with no sign indicating how to get help so i buzzed the loading dock. the woman from the office opens the door to tell me to press the button to open the door. i apologized and went on with who i was speaking with on the phone. for her to tell me that person is not in customer service so why would he help me. waited 15 minutes for them to bring me my package. once i got my package i didn’t have to sign anything. took my box and left, no one said a word to me as i was leaving. if you have to go to the facility to get your mail and or packages i am so very sorry.
