The people here was not nice to me, they kept on giving me dirty looks, and some guy was smoking inside the building. Unprofessional, get better customer service.

Had a run in with a manager (Ruth?). I asked about the stamp designs and the trainee pulled out the book. She rang up the wrong stamps and asked the manager to help her delete them. The manager asked why the book was out and told me I should walk over to the wall to look at them before coming up to the counter. She then said that not all the designs were on the board and said there was more in the back. When I turned the page in the book that was already out and in front of me, she snatched it out of my hand and started pulling the forever stamp designs out and throwing them on the counter. "We have this one and this one and this one and this one......" When I asked her to please stop that she was making me uncomfortable she did not. She said she had to train her person who was new. I asked if it was necessary right now and why she couldn't wait until I was done and she said yes she had to right now. I told her that the trainee was helping me just fine and she was being rude, she shrugged and continued to pull out more designs. There was nobody behind me. My business there was not completed when I turned and walked away. I was in tears as I left.

The mail drop box in alley behind p.o. is a little too high to reach from the car window. Once again mail dropped onto the ground but this time there was an p.o. employee right there to pick it up before it blew away.
