Mailman was asked not to leave packages in view of road. He argued and said, “I’ll leave them in the driveway”. The driveway is out of view house and closer to the road and unsecured. He is extremely petty and customer service is disgusting. The staff in the post office are delightful and very friendly and accommodating. This mailman is passive aggressive and my wife felt very uncomfortable and threatened by his attitude.

two in a row no mail was delivered on 2nd st so in Dundas mn 55019 no explanation has been given, and now deadlines have been missed. costing people money, some one must know the reason, and be held accountable

I mailed an envelope and 2 weeks later it came back saying undeliverable. I re-mailed the exact envelope without making any changes but this time I sent it certified and it was delivered just fine. I called the post office hoping for a refund and they wanted a picture of the envelope - well it was delivered so there was no way for that to happen. They denied my request for a refund.
