Similar to other postings here, we regularly receive other people's mail and have had our mail delivered to other addresses--including extremely important items. It appears that our carrier changes often but, regardless, the addresses on the mail are printed and should not be difficult to read. It appears to be simple carelessness by the carrier(s) or those at the post office who sort the mail. I have tried to call but there is no way to reach a human to discuss this issue with. We do not receive such a volume of mail that carriers cannot look at the mailing address on the items delivered to verify they are delivering it to the correct address. We always write "Not at this address" on anything wrongly delivered to us and place it back in our box but I imagine not everyone does that. The USPS needs to do better! We should all hold them to a higher standard for this critical service! Otherwise, UPS and FedEx should be used for anything other than junk mail.

I just read some of the reviews and I would like to add mine. We live on the Arnold Road just North of Duluth and our mail carrier has been fantastic! I have no complaints, only praise and thanks for your employee who is absolutely wonderful! Thanks!!!!

On January 29, 2020, at 4:00pm, the library at 520 W Superior St, Duluth MN, still had not received it's incoming mail. Normally, mail arrives between 10am and 2pm. My understanding is that business mail delivery is usually tried to be done by 12pm, barring weather, holidays and heavy mail volume. If the library's delivery time has drastically changed to be late in the day could we please be notified? Thank you.

Are postal carrier who is at midtown Manor 2 right now tall guy don't know his name finds that it's more important to be on his phone with his ear plugs in than it is people waiting outside to ask him questions when I tried to ask him a question cuz I'm sorry I'm on the phone right now and it was a personal phone call as he was talking about a girl and another man who just moved their want to ask him a question but he was on the f****** phone please try and resolve this he is a regular postman tall guy red hair delivers to midtown Manors

We have so many issues with our mail we live in a duplex so either our mail never gets picked up some times two three days in a row no matter how I put it out and he has admitted if one of us only had mail he won't even come up he actually told me this what do they get paid for I'm tired of waiting on mail now I have p.o. box because I can't trust my mail carrier to deliver or pick up regardless of weather he just hates our steps

For the better part of a year, now we have not had a regular postal carrier assigned to our route. As a result we have, as a frequent occurrence, mail for others in our mailbox and our mail delivered to another address. The addresses are printed rather than handwritten indicating to me a failure to read the address by the carrier or whomever sorts the route mail. Why has this become a recurrent problem?
