Hello. I've been sending money to my son in Duluth. One letter took 3 weeks to get there from DeKalb IL. I mailed another on labor day, it still hasn't gotten there. What the hell? Shouldn't take more than 3 days. I've tried calling but can't get through the stupid prompts. I'm very frustrated.

Just about a month ago I seen this kid looking at the street not realizing what was going on here the mailman dropped me off for nine houses and I ended up delivering them because our mail man was so careless and did not bother picking up what he had dropped. One lady I delivered the mail to said she had been waiting for 2 weeks for that piece of mail. Also I have received other peoples mail do not long at my address and I’ve had mail delivered to my address that has been dropped off at a different one please pay attention to the address and the Avenue or Street that is supposed to be going to because I am tired of not getting what belongs to me and tired of saving other peoples mail maybe I should become a postal person to get it right

I sent 2 packages out over a week ago. Pne went to ohio, the other to Minnesota I PAID for 3 day shipping on both packages. The one for Ohio, made it, the one for Minnesota, is still in route. I am very angry about this! These packages are very important and needed! I am disgusted! If that package does not make it by this friday, they will paying me the amount of that package, and it isnt cheap!

Been trying and trying to speak to someone at main post office as to why my mail has just been returned to 2 different senders as undeliverable... my mail carrier dislikes me because of asking him for about 1/2 year to please not park in the handicap spot in front of bldg because it is usually reserved for my mother and it causes for her unnecessary hardship when he is parked there for like 30+ minutes a day... there are other spots for him to park that would require him to walk an additional 50-60 feet... I believe property manager finally spoke to him but since then my mail has been a nightmare...

My package was returned top sender without any delivery attempt. The tracking information states the address is vacant. How is this possible when I am here? If the package was delivered, then sat or a while, I could understand, but that's not what happened.

All the complaints about the post office are unfounded. Does anyone no how hard they work. They have and are working 12 to 14 hour shifts daily. The employees are working short, the contractors who deliver mail between stations are working short. There are weather delays, the companies that send out packages are working short, they delay packages and the past office gets the blame. So next t time you think about complaining, check your facts.

I am so angry with our local post office!! I had several(12) packages coming today(Xmas eve) that were to be delivered to my home for my children’s Santa gifts for them to get tomorrow morning! Well, I guess Santa isn’t coming now this year on Xmas morning! We never received our packages!! They say in the Duluth office ALL DAY and never left the sorting center! The excuse I heard was delayed due to severe weather! BS! The severe weather was YESTERDAY! All of my packages were HERE today! There is NO reason they couldn’t have been delivered today! We didn’t even get mail delivered to our house(west Duluth) at ALL! Nor did my work which is in east Duluth! There is no excuse for things that were already here this morning to not have been delivered! How do I explain to my children that Santa didn’t come for them?? The weather did NOT play a roll in our delay! I am so angry! It’s too bad we can’t pick and choose how Amazon packages are sent to us! I would NEVER chose USPS if I had the choice! So disappointed! 2020 has been hard enough and to not have Santa’s stuff here on time..these kids deserve better!:((👎

When the package states “photographs-do not bend” it cannot be more obvious. Instead, my postal carrier decided to bend them into the mailbox. Don’t they know how to read?

This is the second time, you guys send me a message saying my mail is here per tracking. One mail lady put it in the going out mail. It says on my box, deliver to house! Today I don't see anything!! You needed to tell your new Post Man or woman to pay attention! I should have gotten my prescriptions today per tracking number information! All you Mail Men and women pay attention! I am handicapped

Similar to other postings here, we regularly receive other people's mail and have had our mail delivered to other addresses--including extremely important items. It appears that our carrier changes often but, regardless, the addresses on the mail are printed and should not be difficult to read. It appears to be simple carelessness by the carrier(s) or those at the post office who sort the mail. I have tried to call but there is no way to reach a human to discuss this issue with. We do not receive such a volume of mail that carriers cannot look at the mailing address on the items delivered to verify they are delivering it to the correct address. We always write "Not at this address" on anything wrongly delivered to us and place it back in our box but I imagine not everyone does that. The USPS needs to do better! We should all hold them to a higher standard for this critical service! Otherwise, UPS and FedEx should be used for anything other than junk mail.

On January 29, 2020, at 4:00pm, the library at 520 W Superior St, Duluth MN, still had not received it's incoming mail. Normally, mail arrives between 10am and 2pm. My understanding is that business mail delivery is usually tried to be done by 12pm, barring weather, holidays and heavy mail volume. If the library's delivery time has drastically changed to be late in the day could we please be notified? Thank you.

For the better part of a year, now we have not had a regular postal carrier assigned to our route. As a result we have, as a frequent occurrence, mail for others in our mailbox and our mail delivered to another address. The addresses are printed rather than handwritten indicating to me a failure to read the address by the carrier or whomever sorts the route mail. Why has this become a recurrent problem?
