I keep getting other people's mail. I've gotten bank cards, vehicle titles. This is ridiculous.

Waited all day for Mail!!! None Delivered!!!! This has happened several times!!! I know it was not delivered because I had mail going out. If the mail carrier can not do their job and do it on time, then somebody else should be doing it!!!!!!!!!! Graycalm ct se Bemidji mn.

The website here says the lobby is open 24 hours for P.O. Box access, but the doors have been locked due to "homeless" people. When does this information get updated?

We live in Averi circle nw. And we keep getting sub drivers that say we aren't home and never even came to the house because I was outside and they said no answer just because there lazy. If they aren't going to do the job right they should be let go. They did it 2 days in a row a few different times.

A package from Cathys Place was supposed to be delivered on 7/31/21. When I contacted the postmaster that I hadn’t received it, he eventually tracked it to an address that does not have mail service. What can I do as it has not been located.

We appreciate the USPS notice of mail in our box (71) but we have not received our Pioneer newspaper a few times in recent months. I have spoken with a clerk at the counter who very kindly finds the newspaper with my name and box number on it in the recesses of the building. May we receive our paper in our box, please. Thanks. It's Wednesdays and Saturdays.

I am Absolutely Disgusted by the Lack of service and or ability to provide Any usable information. A "Priority" package mailed to me on 12/2 from NJ is still in NJ. The Exact words from Bemidji postal employee, "You package is on the East coast and will arrive later then scheduled". Really? After filing a complaint and inquiry, I was hung up on by 1-800-useless for raising my voice. Awesome jobs guys keep up the good work.

I have had a package sitting in their office for 6 days according to the tracking. When I called, he said it had not arrived. But, the tracking said the package was accepted at the office.

Bemidji post office: not the regular person delivering our mail today, they're leaving packages in the rain at doors, and i'm pretty sure they're smoking in the delivery van as everything reeks of smoke. This is against regulations. Very displeased.

October 2, 2015 dates the third time in less than 12 monthsthat I have contacted the manager at the Bemidji USPS (Michael) to file a claim
about destroyed packages. Contents in the packages destroyed today well exceeded
three hundred dollars. In other instances, packages destroyed exceeded two
hundred dollars each. I was absolutely appalled by his rude comments on the
phone and his lack of concern for my personal property. Not only is this a
serious concern with the specific carrier for our address, but a concern for
USPS and what is happening in the Bemidji, MN office as well. I would expect
the USPS to show concern and respect for people’s property/packages and resolve
this matter immediately - this is unacceptable.

It would be a nice service to have a list of where remote mail box drops are located in Bemidji. Thanks for the consideration.

Hi I live where mail is put in a HC Box. I was told it had to be shelved out be for the driver
would put any mail in the box. This box belongs to the U.S. Post office. Not the citizens of
Margie. Now if he was putting in a mail Box in front of my house yes I would have clean
it for him to put mail in that box. When I first moved hear the driver carried a shovel and cleaned it out.
Now the big thing if I fall get my mail what Would happen to the Post Office or the driver.
Two familys live hear and are in there late 70's.
