We had a spectacular mail person before COVID - Shelly. Since COVID, our mail-person is the worst ever experienced. Items in packages are broken from her shoving EVERYTHING into the mailbox. I mean EVERYTHING! All packages get crammed into the box, with eventual mail hanging out of the mailbox. Most packages are so stuffed into the box, it’s a major struggle to get them out. I have had most items destroyed or broken from the poor handling the packages receive. I am handicapped, I do not get my mail. I count on help to pick it up when they are available. Extreme laziness is the reason this mail-person NEVER, EVER brings packages to the door. RIDICULOUS! BTW I have a photo of the mail hanging out of the box.
For the last several months our mail is being opened or tampered with prior to receiving. Mail from charities asking for money by sending a coin is having the coins removed. Personal cards are being opened and business envelopes are being tampered with.
I am unable to get through to my local post office the line rings for 20 times and then becomes busy.
Please can someone contact me.
I have see the mail man late two days in a row and skipped my box with the flag up.
Please let me know if they are throwing out my mail and checks or just not delivering???

I have been calling the waterford post post office in waterford michigan for 2 hours. No answer, and line eventually just disconnects on me.
Its a bit haunting, as I am calling to say that today will be my 3rd dsy without mail, though Informed Delivery has reported several key pieces were reported as coming on the 26th.
Veterans Admin Office said their mail arrivex on 23nd and I needed my new id in order to make covid appointment.
I am 69, retired, and have a commercial drivers license.
With the recent death of my special needs adult son, I have way too much time.

I have scheduled a package pickup through the USPS website twice and both times they were ignored, the first time the package was on the front porch and the mailman even dropped something off at my front door and left the package sitting there
when i try to call and find out when delivery times to my house are,the phone system says hold on its switching me to an operator, then there's a busy signal, then it hangs up. its 2019?!! dont you think you could have a text or vmail option working by now or would you rather the phone just not work or simply hang up on callers?

I sent a Flat Rate 2-day small package on 12/18. As of today - it still is in transit in Waterford. This is not acceptable. Please track this and get it off to my kids - it was promised 2-day delivery, which I paid for and still - they have not received it.
