Worst service I have ever experienced. Refuses to deliver my mail for the last 2 weeks. Stating there was an attempt at delivery, but could not deliver because our mail box and path is not shoveled. I was given a note card on how to shovel. Did EXACTLY what it said, and then some. Used 3 bags of salt. Claims there was an attempt numerous times, while we were watching out the window, not once did they even drive by. Mind you, our mailbox is on the road and can be reached from a car window. We shoveled 3 pathways to the door incase one wasn't good enough. Fedex was perfectly able to deliver and a SEMI with our furniture was able to pull in and deliver, yet we cannot receive our mail from the post office. Drove by other boxes on our street, not one shoveled as much as ours. So unless nobody is receiving their mail on our street, then the carrier is extremely lazy and rude.
