I am absolutely disgusted with the way the post master at this branch just treated both the situation and me. There was a postage due for no reason on a package I sent to be delivered. I paid for it online at the USPS website. Dimensions and weight were both correct. The post master was rude and unprofessional. Apparently this post office runs by its own set of rules apart from the rest of the USPS in the country. I'm trying to find a way to make a complaint and bring light to the situation because its not okay that I pay for postage on the national website and this man is charging double when the entire rest of the country doesn't have to.
