The women working was sleeping at her desk when I got there, and first didn't even attempt to stand up and was the most absolutely disgustingly rude women I have ever met. I've lived here my entire life and have never had this issue.

The person working here is the most unfriendly I’ve ever come across. She is working in a dungeon with no lights on. Now if you run into someone you know in the lobby she asks you to be quiet. The rudest I’ve ever been treated at this location in the 43 years I’ve lived here!
