I have only received my mail (home delivery) 2 times this week. I just saw the mail person right down the street they turned around and left, didn’t even pass our house. In 50 years I have never gone 4 days with no mail. They must have someone new delivering and don’t know where our house is or they are delivering to the wrong place. NOT GOOD! I have some medical papers being sent to me and I believe I will not gethem before my procedure!

Got a notice in my mail box (our mailboxes are all in a row on a major road as there are 10 houses on our private drive) on Monday saying “sorry we missed you” your package will be available for pick up at the post office. Found it ironic that my Ring showed the mail truck pass my house and delivered a package to my neighbor. He never even pulled in my driveway to see if I was home (I homeschool so I’m always home). Showed it to the post master and she couldn’t have cared less. Had the same thing happen again on both Wednesday and Thursday of the same week. The PM is the rudest woman who should not be in customer service and the staff (except for Kim) is lazy and rude as well.

Called earlier to obtain some information and was spoken to very rudely. Poor service I have tried calling again for 2 hours. Get a busy signal as they must have the phone off the hook! The postmaster needs to be reprimanded for this type of activity at the Sparta office!

A post lady delivering mail seemed extremely busy on her phone seemed to be dealing with personal matter. Trying to get her attention she rudely said Don't you see I'm on the phone. On other occasions, once again she was talking on her phone and as I picked my mail up, the mail didn't match my address. I believe there would be less errors in delivering mail if her personal life wasn't involved with her work and more training. I didn't get her name, hair color blonde and on the heavier side. She may not be taking the job seriously, I believe as a postmaster your job is to deliver the mail timely and correctly.
