Postal Locations

Please help me you are sending my mail to the wrong address location I am out of town and cannot talk to you on the phone as you do not answer. How do correct this we have already registered a complaint with uspo

Extremely frustrating customer service all around. Tracking number says package delivered yesterday-nowhere to be found at my resident. Cannot get human help on line. I have to resort to going to post office in person to resolve their screw ip

I have two pieces of lost mail. Both were placed in the drive-up U.S. Post Office box in the parking lot of the South Lyon Post Office. One was mailed on October 29, to go to another South Lyon address and still has not been seen. Today is November 15, 2022. The second was mailed on November 6, 2022 and still is no where to be found. It's hard to come into the post office with my hours, and you won't answer the phone. Everyone is always so friendly when I come in. What is happening in the back that you can't deliver mail. We have relied on the postal service for decades. What has happened?

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! I am on the phone trying to get my mail. I have had NO mail delivery for the past week. I have NOT been away at all (except to go for church on Sunday) and don't know WHY HAS MY MAIL DELIVERY STOPPED??? I live at 62350 Arlington Circle, Unit 2, in South Lyon's Colonial Acres. Frequent mis-delivery of mail. Lack of training of replacement mail carriers.

I agree with "totally unreliable". I live very close to the Post Office in town, yet I choose to drop my outgoing mail elsewhere. My parents just received their Christmas card I sent in early December in February. Something is wrong with their systems at this location.

I placed A stop Mail card in my Mail Box On 12/2/2019 along with one outgoing bill When I returned from out of town I found That my mail box was stuffed with my mail from the last 7 days along with the stop mail card and what is now a past due bill. People of South Lyon feel that this Office is unreliable I will always be concerned in the future when I leave Town that my mail will not be handled properly

postal carrier lied,front door is accessible,and driveway is clear with no obstructions, did not attempt to deliver.

Great site. However, I'm trying to get the four ZIP Code digits. And this site only gives me the first five. Bummer
