Instead of putting my delivery of 2 cardboard boxes on my front porch or even in front of the garage door, The postal lady tossed them on the wet, muddy, snowy ground next to the truck parked in front of my garage door. This is not the first time this has happened, and I am getting rather tired of this shoddy work.

I waited 30 minutes on 12-3 for service at the St. Clair post office. The window was closed and a hand written sign posted indicating "Closed one hour for lunch". Unfortunately, no start or end time for that hour was stated. Numerous customers [over 10] came and left upset during the time I waited. The same closure and sign occurred yesterday when my wife went for service. Please address this concern.

Mail Carrier just delivered my mail. I opened my box and saw my bank statement had been completely opened. I’m very upset about this.

Not getting the right mail in the correct boxes, I took the mail to the right home but not sure if i'm going to get the same service.This mail box is located in the Riverview Terrace South. a little more attention would be appreciated.
