I have been a twenty year resident of Oscoda County but happen to be in the area where my mail is processed and delivered by this post office. The staff is professional, helpful, and pleasant. Yes, there have been some errors and bumps but they will work with you to solve the problems. I am very happy to add my experiences and comments

This is the WORST post office I have ever had. I have been going through this post office for 8 years now and the complications just keep piling up. One day they take shortcuts ignoring the rules, the next day they over extend the rules to make a huge inconvenience for the customers. If anyone asks them questions they get offended and defensive. Finally when a customer continues to report complications with receiving mail or packages, they get revenge by making things even more complicated for the customer.
