I live in Waters Edge Condos In Gibraltar. I cannot get the parcel locker open with the key provided in my mailbox. There are Christmas gifts in there. Can an employee come open it and give to me or my porch please.

Your delivery service rates a negative number. Your office hours are bogus. I called today at 4:50 and you were closed. My granddaughter is still waiting for you to deliver her christmas card. You sent it back 1/10/2020 saying you could not find the address. I mailed it back again on 1/10/2020 and you still have not delivered the mail. Call my [number removed]) and confirm that someone is working on delivering my 6" x 10" postal envelope.

I did not receive my package so I called you and you said it was delivered on Jan 24th. I called the sender numerous times telling them it was stolen. On February 21st the package was delivered having the correct tracking number. I just want to know why I was lied to when you clearly lost it and found it a month later. I went through a lot of time and trouble trying to fix the problem.
