I am a CSR and tried calling several times during business hours (this was a Wednesday at 3:12 pm EDT) and no one would answer the phone. We are a company needing assistance with a package that was shipped to the wrong address.

Terrible service on Laguna Vista Dr NE. I was parked a good 8 feet in front of mailbox and the mail lady didn’t deliver mail or pick up what I left. She wouldn’t have had to back up, which I know isn’t allowed, just deliver and drive around my truck. Unacceptable.

Received a package today, clearly marked Do Not Bend, folded into our mail box. Other delivery drivers put these packages on our front porch. Evidently, not today! Lucky nothing inside was damaged! I have the package and a photo if desired for proof. Please do not bend the packages in the future, thank you.

Was treated extremely rudely by the clerk at the post office today. I was there about 5 min before it closed, had my packages all ready and labeled and handed over to him. He told me that used the wrong box and that i would have to repackage my stuff...I didn't have any tape and my label was already on the box. I asked him to explain the boxing options, he treated me like I had three heads. Was in such a rush and acted like I was such a bother. I repackaged my stuff and got my label on and the other clerks had pulled their windows down and he was still taking care of another customer. I was finishing up and he said 'you can't use those labels', you have to use tape - i said do you have a piece of tape to close this box. He said you will have to buy some - i went and got one and started to use it and he said 'you can't buy that now because it's 12:01.' Huh? I was in there before noon, needed help with a new box, was very confused on how to get my package shipped out and he treated me like I was trash. He was the rudest, most UNHELPFUL person I have ever encountered. I needed help, he didn't give it, and treated me like I was such a bother. No wonder the post office is in financial trouble, they have zero idea of what customer service means... they will never get fired and do not have to worry about their jobs. Try working in the public sector and you wouldn't last 2 minutes. Worthless human being. I will never go back to Rockford MI post office again (they probably don't care) but the guy there was awful.

Was so disappointed to rush to get there before work and for them to tell me that I needed appointment to process passport application. I said, really? I got myself one before and I just walked in. No appointment needed. And she rudely said, how long ago was that? We been doing just appointments for couple of years now and so we only do walk ins on Saturdays ( this was a Tuesday at 1pm) If you wanna come back Saturday. I said nOpe I'lldo appointment somewhere else, Thank you. It would've save me a trip on a wet cold day, with my infant baby ( needed a passport) if someone would just answer their phone. But Nope called several times on few different time interval, no answer, that should've been my sign right there.. Not a good place to go. Will try to avoid this place from now on Bad employees , not so friendly or professional.

To say that these folks are helpful, is an understatement. I have handed these folks very complicated , multi-layer problems in the past - and it never throws them. They are consistently kind, knowledgeable, swift and caring. When every other USPS office in the country is out of business because of the Internet, the ones that will still be open, are the ones like the USPS, Rockford, MI - THEY'RE THE BEST. God Bless 'em !!!

I was just at Rockford MI post office and had the rudest girl! no one at window had to yell HELLOO and she came out on phone. tried to wait on me and talk-finally put phone down and did my package! thhen she snotty said is this a apartment(I WOULD HAVE PUT IT ON IF IT WAS!) I said Nooo home, then saw all these charges on screen and said I didn't want any of them and she says I KNOW then tells me that dogs aren't allowed when I always bring in my tiny poodle-can't leave in car-stolen! and candy and ladies always like seeing her! I ignored her-she threw receipt way and went back to phone! I should have taken it to annex-much nicer! ladys are always friendly but this one wasn't #4 clerk!! beware she will bite head off
