I go to the post office to pick up my mail from my post office box after work which is after they have closed the desk. I find my box empty and a notice of box over flow. This has happened regularly starting in November. I went on my day off to get my mail and the guy said this would not fit in my box. IF THEY WOULD PUT MY MAIL IN MY POST OFFICE BOX IN THE FIRST PLACE IT WOULD FIT AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE IT STOCK PILED IN THE BACK. I paid for my mail to be put in my post office box and they are too LAZY to do their job. They leave it where they sort it in the back and use the excuse that it would not fit. LIAR! Obstruction of the delivery of the United States mail is a FELONY! They have lost me as a future customer. They will not be receiving any more money for a post office box from me. I agree with others. Since the retirement of our post master the post office has gone down hill.

The service art the Onaway P.O. (49765) sucks to say the least. I put two letters in my mailbox last Tuesday 11/20/2018 with flag up. Wendsday the letters were still there, I put the flag up again and as I had to leave town I couldn't check either T'giving day or the following Friday. When I returned on Saturday the letters were still in the mailbox wrapped in with other received mail. I have attempted to call the P.O. in Onaway but they refuse to answer their phone after a half dozen attempts. My mailbox is 4/10 of a mile from ,my residence so I couldn't eye ball the box. The letters (buill payments) were time sensitive so I am now required to deliver them myself . My address is Dean Combs, 7411 River Bend Dr. Onaway, MI 49765-9101. My phone is 9897335216. This is not the first snafu from them. I mailed a package that didn't get delivered so they said they would try to track and get back to me, have you from them, no neither have I. This item was back in May of this year. The service from this P.O. is very subpar. Plus the guy on the counter has the personality of a goat, sorry goats. He really doesn't personify the image the postal service should put forward.
