On Jan 6, 2022, I was a little short on cash to buy a car. I was told that New Haven, Michigan United States Post Office sold money orders. So I went there to purchase them. The young lady explained to me that a form had to be filled out. Now mind you this paper was a 8×11 piece of paper with all these little squares on it that I had to put each letter separately. I explained to her I have essential tremors and it was hard for me to write. I also asked her if she could help. Her words to me was "If we can't read your writing, you would not be able to purchase the money orders." She she said she couldn't help. There was not one customer in the place. I am 69 years young with these tremors and no one could help me. I call that discrimination against a senior citizen with a handicap. I suggest you stay away from this post office like it has the plaque!!

Absolutely the worst post office I've ever had to work with. Mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address, packages are marked as delivered but are not - or packages are placed in the parcel locker but then the carrier doesn't give you the key so you can't get to the package. Today our carrier left one of the master mailboxes completely open for anyone to steal anyone else's mail or packages and phone calls to the post office asking them to come back and close it went unanswered - thanks a lot!

This by far is the WORST post office in America!!! They put other people's mail on your box and ship your packages back... I wish I didn't have to deal with people at all!!!!
