We had a delivery today to a Whitehall address that the USPS employee was rude and complained about having to deliver a package (youth bike) so far out in the country. We are east of 31 between Colby and White Lake Dr., off of Hyde Park, and have many delivery's from other carriers without issue. Every effort was made to express our gratitude but was met with coarse remarks.

Didn’t leave a package on my front porch. This was a Saturday delivery. It looks like I’ll have a delivery tomorrow on Sunday also please leave my packages because we will not be at home but we do trust they will be fine left on the porch.

On Friday a priority mail envelope was sent to me in Montague. Tuesday after Memorial Day it had not been delivered. The tracking number was traced to discover it was at the post office. On phoning the post office we were told I no mailbox. (Strange since I picked up mail that morning from my box.) Tim insisted we had no box 3 times to the person who had sent the priority mail. I took a photo of my active mail box as well as the whole line up of cottage boxes on the road. I drove to the post office where I retrieved the package. Again Tim insisted I had no box. I showed him the photos and he relented and said the box hadn't been used in years. I showed him the mail I took out of the box today. Blaming and refusal to accept responsibility is not acceptable. The sender should receive an apology and a refund. Service from th Montague post office is questionable at best.
