This post office is not reliable, several times in the last month we have not had a carrier deliver mail to my building at 927 N. Macomb, Monroe, MI. I’m not sure what the issues are if the carrier called in Sick these days and they don’t have any subs or what the deal is.
I’m contacting the state postmaster to register a complaint.
The postal delivery woman this morning delivering to my house was driving at extremely excessive speeds up both driveways. When she delivered the package I told her she was driving too fast and she was combative and showed extremely poor customer service. Horrific display of poor safe . I have grandchildren and pets and lots of construction activity at my house and I am requesting that she do not deliver to this address again. Feel free to call me. 425-328-0200
I have had several issues with the mail being removed from my mailbox, my bills/important letters have sat in there for 3 plus days. I have wrote post its to leave on my mailbox so they are aware. This is beyond ridiculous. I didn't know it was so hard to reach your hand in and check.......
I had a package that caused me so much trouble (by the sender), right up to the final delivery day, when it was marked 'Undeliverable as Addressed' because the sender put the incorrect address on it. It was the final straw and I was distraught because it was being sent back to the sender and I already had enough trouble with this company (which shall remain nameless) to get this package. I called the Post Office, and spoke with Tina.
Tina took the time to personally track down my incorrectly addressed package and had the postal worker go back to my house to deliver it at the correct address.
I can't tell how much this meant to me, to have someone go that extra mile and help me. After all the trouble that nameless company gave me, it was such a huge relief to hear that something went right and that not all people in the world were bad.

I have always been a full supporter of our local post office, However, I am extremely frustrated! I ship a lot of packages and mail a lot of cards to Montana. in the beginning I thought it was just a fluke thing -BUT NO!!! it has gotten worse!!! my cards and packages take 11 PLUS days to get there! Really? You state at the counter 3-5 days for priority , possibly slightly longer. I do not feel 11 plus days is SLIGHTLY longer. It is expensive enough shipping priority. Shipping next day the cost is way to high! Looks like I will be using UPS from now on and that is sad. Frustrated ,at least be honest with me about the shipping time.
