Ive been waiting for a package all day. Found a "We missed you slip" in my mailbox after nothing had been in there 10min earlier. You didn't miss anyone, literally 5 people in this house able to sign for it. Get off your ass and walk 10 feet to knock on my door so I don't have to wait 2 extra days when you open on Monday to get my shit you were suppose to get to me.

Some important pieces of our mail are still being delivered to our old address at 2726 N. Saginaw Rd. We received a notice from Dr Claudia Zacharek and Dr. Richard Mills there was mail there on 3-8-21. in the large stack of mail there were important patient information, insurance documents, and federal mail. The is the second time that we are aware of that they hold our mail. The previous time it was held at that office for greater than 3 months. Thank you for your time. Amanda Krapohl 989-839-4560.

Our mail carrier is leaving big packages that don't fit in our mailbox in our driveway. I have a covered porch and have asked that my packages be delivered there as most are paper items that the weather will ruin. Please ask my carrier to adhear to at least putting my packages on my porch not the dang driveway. BTW we share a driveway and he's doing it to the neighbors also, leaving our packages in the driveway. Nonsense I say!!

I realize it is difficult to work under challenging conditions, we have winter weather and the virus that make it even more of a bad situation. But my concerns are not weather or virus related. On Tuesday of this week I put two letters out to be picked up by the letter carrier. To my amazement he left me three letters and also left the outgoing letters, he never took my mail that day. I also had gotten a tax document for someone across town from me, not the same house number, left in my mailbox. I took it to them as it was one of the two letters I found left in my mailbox. Today I found a letter for someone down the street from us in our mailbox. I took it to them. Please, you can do better than this.

We moved to Midland approximately one year ago after living in Bay County for 68 years. We have worked hard at supporting the postal system as evidenced by the voluminous amount of mail we send to include myriad packages, mailings throughout the year and no less than 75 Christmas cards. I think it is important to let you know that we are appalled at how we are treated at the Midland Post Office. It is unimaginable that the employees are allowed to speak to customers in the fashion that they do. As of today my wife has decided after the way she was spoken to she will never set foot in the building again. Furthermore, from this point forward we are going to pay bills electronically to the extent possible, use FedEx instead of the postal service and when necessary go to Sanford or Bay City to mail box's etc. In closing I hope that this correspondence acts as a mechanism to assist Management in training the employees in sensitivity, respect and how to treat those who pay their wages and benefits.

I remember the first Midland Covid case. A young lady received her positive result seven days after coming back from Florida break. It eventually became 1 or 2 every other day, for a while. But this past week it is 40 a day. On average, each infected person is passing the virus to more than 1 other person. That's why this letter is for the maskless person standing at the stamp machine. Everybody else had a mask on. The ten people in the outer lobby with me were social distancing. Yet there was curiously, a little more space around this guy. His non medical excuse was not that he couldn't read the door sign. Midland is at the highest Covid Risk level. We have an active or imminent outbreak. My caregiving siblings and I are desperately trying not to expose our 91 year old mother at Washington Woods. Yet this one naive person could give the virus to everybody in the Post Office lobby. After I notified one of the tellers, I left and mailed my package across town.

I have a package that has been stuck in "Package Acceptance Pending" there at the Midland MI USPS for over a week. I can not get anyone on the phone there, or via USPS. Very frustrating. I have the tracking number and it has been stuck on "Package Acceptance Pending" too long. How do I proceed next???

The mail delivery is not perfect, and I have had misdirect mail that I have taken back to the post office, and once in a great while someone has brought me my mail.....but considering that carriers work six days a week, in all kinds of weather, on days that I would just prefer to hunker down at home....walking on snowy and/or icy roads and walks, in driving rain....I have to salute them. I once tried taking the postal carrier test and failed miserably. It isn't easy. Perfection isn't easy. Considering all they hundreds of residences they deliver to daily, they do a pretty good job. I knew a postal carrier, and if I said a name of someone in town, he could say their address. He had it down. That's how good they have to be. They must have an off-day once in a while. A sick parent, and ornery child. A death in the family. There job requires them to practically be robots, yet they are human. Not easy....I give them high grades.

Put my mail on hold, to be delivered on Sat. Nov 11th, was NOT delivered. Of course not delivered on Sun, Monday was Veterans Day so still missing, Hopefully, they MAY deliver it Tuesday. Last time they delivered my hold mail over several days, not all at once. One time the neighbors had their mail on hold and they included some of my mail with theirs, so I got my mail when they returned home and got their hold mail delivered.

Terrible service. Packages do not arrive on time, post office does not answer their phone, and my packages/mail have been delivered to the wrong office on more than one occasion - and I have lived in Midland less than a year! Horrendous. You get an F-

I had a very important package that I needed to pick up before being sent out for delivery. I don't get my mail until 4-5pm. Called at 9,9:15,9:30...no answer. Hoping to get it before it goes out for delivery. This isn't the first time they didn't answer during business hours.

Good afternoon. I need to know how much it costs and how long it takes to send a box of toys, weighing less than 2 kilos, from Midland to Buenos Aires, Argentina. To give you an idea of the size it is a motorhome of Playmobil along with 3 more cars. Thank you very much.

Tomorrow is Mother's Day. I had a package to be delivered today. My tracking number says it delivered but it did not. It didn't get delivered because of a hole in front of the mailbox. The package I needed was for Mother's Day tomorrow and now I won't have it. I'm beyond pissed off and want to speak to someone about this Monday May 15th about what can be done because I was not informed that it wasn't going to be delivered and it's a very important package.

Often find when I get a magazine in the mail the plastic it's wrapped in is torn right at the seam and the coupons are gone. Also had a Christmas card torn open and bent as if someone was looking for money in it. Also haven't received a pkg. that they are saying was delivered according to the tracking#. Very fed up!!

This local postal service (Rodd St) is embarrassing!! I've had late fees applied to my bills because the incompetence of the workers here have not mailed out my payments properly and they did not reach there destination, not only were they not delivered on time but they were not delivered at all. I wish they would take pride in what they did and understand how their carelessness effects the people that are willing to do business with them. Pretty much par for the course when doing business in this area. Embarrassing!!

Where is your Customer Service! We do not sign our credit cards but we are always willing to give our drivers license out for verification. This has always been accepted by your front counter personnel accept for one person who in my opinion should never work the front counter! I and several people I know avoid going to his window at all cost because of his tactless why of handling transactions. Not only have I heard complaints about him from acquaintances but I hear complaints about him from other USPS employees. Do you not have a review process for your employees!! Because this man has no business waiting on the public. After he totally berated me about my card not being signed even though I had given him my drivers license for verification, I left and went over to Krogers where I was treated respectfully by their personnel. They had no problem accepting my unsigned credit card with license verification for 1 roll of stamps. If that is your policy to not accept unsigned credit cards with drivers license verification you need to rethink your policy. I've been to post office's all over the U.S. and have never been treated Iike this man treats people. You need to place him in a position where he works on his own. I do not state his name because I'm sure you know exactly whom I'm talking about!

This is normal for the Midland post office. When I want to speak with someone, I end up calling Saginaw because never once, in I don't know how many years, have I ever managed to get someone on the phone at the Midland branch. And the post office wonders why it's losing customers in droves... it's because of the horrible customer service at most of the branches.

I have spent the last EIGHT hours calling the Midland post office and getting a busy signal. EIGHT hours. I am convinced that the Midland post office employees have taken the phone off the hook! I am reporting the Midland post office to the Michigan Attorney General office. This is inexcusable customer service!!!

My mail is being returned to the senders. My income checks were returned to sender, my doctors test results were returned to sender, my bills are being returned to sender. I have lived at the same address for almost five years and I have never made any changes that should affect my mail delivery. I have contacted the post office twice and complained but they have done nothing. This is having a very negative affect on my life.

I can not believe I am the only person disgusted with the placement of the mail boxes in our area. Today, I went to mail a letter at the drop box near Meijers. What were you thinking? One box is only accessible from the passenger side, (most cars cross over and head in the wrong directions). The box for the driver side is usually blocked by cars parked right there. What is wrong with people that will park nearly in front of the mail box. You have put these boxes in the worst area. It actually is dangerous because cars are going the wrong way and others are not used to stopping where there is now a stop sign. What a mess. Please change it. Another issue that I have. Why isn't there a drive up mail box in the North West Plaza area. We have to stop across the street from the box, walk across to the box and cars are flying in that parking area. One lady almost got hit the other day. With gas prices up, it would be nice to have a convenient and safe mail box in our area. Barbara Johnson

I had arranged to have my mail forwarded by your premium services while I was in Washington. I did receive one shipment in late April and expected a second one around May 10th. This shipment never arrived and based on a phone conversation with the Midland Post Office today apparently was never processed. I did note however that my Visa Card was billed for a second shipment on May 2nd. Please credit my account for that shipment as it never was sent. I will be returning to Midland early next week so have asked that the balance of my mail that was being held be delivered on my 2905 Georgetown address on Tuesday May 21st.
Thanks
