I had a notice that I had a letter that needed to be signed for and I could reschedule delivery or pick it up the next day. I went to pick it up the next day after I got off work and they could not find it. They had me sign the paper that was left in my mailbox and said when the driver comes in he can find where he put it and deliver it saturday. NO LETTER.... Where is my letter ??????

A few minutes ago, while trying to exit my apartment to grab my mail, I had an exchange with the most unprofessional mail carrier I have ever encountered. She did not ask, but demanded I re-enter my apartment bc of the Corona Virus. I was expecting a package so I asked if the one she had was for my apartment. She proceeded to raise her voice and speak to me as if she had some legal authority to tell me what to do. She could have asked politely. She could have moved off the sidewalk 6 inches to allow her the 6 ft of social distancing that would have made her comfortable. It especially didn't make sense that I was trying to hold the door for her so she didn't need to touch it, but it is what it is. A course in proper PPE and manners would do her some good. She had glasses and thin, curly strawberry blonde hair. Early 50s. Very inconsiderate.

I purchased an item through Ebay. It was sent to your post office by mistake. The tracking number is: 92748901790700543476659884. It's been there for the last 10 days. I tried to call, but it just rang and rang and finally I was hung up on. Could you please find my package?
