Don't bother calling them for help - had a package fail to deliver and was asked by Mike "what would you like us to do" Well, Mike - I would like to either figure out when I can pick up the package or schedule a re-delivery. Didn't want to help at all - this is not ok.

Have not had any mail delivered since December 31st which includes a pension check. I understand things are bad due to COVID, but would like to know if mail is ever going to be delivered again?

So tired of the mail delivery person not following the clear instructions posted on my packages. It clearly stats to keep box upright or you will kill what’s inside. Three times now the box have been put on its side. I would like my money refunded for the items that are dead due to the carelessness of the USPS.
