I recently had an unpleasant experience at the post office . The encounter with a middle-aged black female employee was disappointing from the start. Despite my polite greeting and explanation of my visit, the employee's response was cold and unwelcoming. Throughout the process, her demeanor remained rude and unprofessional, showing a lack of basic customer service etiquette.
Encountering such an unhelpful and unfriendly attitude, especially in a customer service-oriented environment, is disheartening. It made me question the suitability of the employee for a role that involves daily interactions with the public. I sincerely hope that the management of the post office takes note of this incident and implements appropriate measures to ensure that all employees are trained to deliver a more positive and customer-centric experience. My feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, and I genuinely hope that future customers will not have to endure a similar disappointing encounter.
Worst post office I've ever dealt with. Never ever answer the phone, employees are rude as all get out. Literally have been told that "we do our own thing here". I understand customer service isnt the best job, and probably is much worse with usps, but the people behind that plexiglass dont give 2 shits about you or your mail.
Hamtramck post office is the worst post office ever. Employees have bad ass attitudes. They claim they attempted delivery and left a slip at front door. But that's a lie. I have lost 3 days of work waiting on these liers. That post office is useless. Tax dollars are wasted here.
Never answers their phone. A slip was left in my mailbox that said they couldn’t deliver a letter for my son even though I was home the whole time. Now my son, who has Cancer has to go stand in line when it could have been delivered to the house.
