I've been anxiously awaiting the delivery of my new Tablet and tracking the delivery online. When I tracked it today I got the following message: MAR 02 11:16 AM Notice Left (No Secure Location Available) Galesburg, MI. I HAVE BEEN HOME WAITING FOR THIS PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED. Doesn't the post office offer the courtesy of going to the customers door anymore? This is a small 2-building community, the apartment doors are clearly marked, our apartment is 8 feet from the main entrance on the first floor, how hard would it have been for a delivery to my door? I do not have a vehicle plus the PO is closed now. I called the PO to voice my aggravation and am arranging for a ride to the PO on Monday. The cause all of this is the lock on our mailbox doesn't latch anymore; I've notified the landlord but it's still not fixed, thus the message "No Secure Location Available". In all fairness I'm also mad at the shipper for using USPS instead of UPS or FedEx, I don't think an electronic device should have been left or crammed in a cold mailbox in the first place. And I'm sure I'll get the standard "It was a substitute driver", that's ALWAYS been the excuse in the past. I'm so frustrated that it's taken me an hour to edit this message to semi-civilized! Overall I'M NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!
