I have not been receiving any mail since November 2017. My mail is sent to Sparta, MI and I live in Frankfort, MI. If mail gets sent to Sparta, MI it then gets returned to the sender. I have complained to the P.O. and still no changes to my mail delivery. I have not had any issues with my mail reaching me until a change in postal delivery guy. I am not impressed.

This is the worst post office I have ever received mail through. My mail delivery guy frequently skips our mail for days at a time, leaving me without my paycheck sometimes for up to a week! Isn't this tampering with my mail or something? Three times now I have witnessed this idiot literally THROW packages for our neighbor right at their house, he's so lazy he can't even get out of his car and take the package and set it on their porch. I've made complaints about him and nothing is EVER done!!! Now I am without a paycheck AGAIN because of you people!!!! Making a complaint to the post master does no good...no wonder people go through fedex and ups!!

With respect to the fact that weather conditions and other factors occasionally limit postal deliveries, our household has had the vast majority of arrivals through USPS show up late by at least one day if not more, despite claims stating it would arrive on a specific date. Additionally, an employee who we have spoken to twice via phone (in an attempt to locate said packages and discover why they are consistently late) 'handled' each situation extremely unprofessionally, having the gall to hang up on us mid-sentence in both circumstances. In the call we made today asking to locate a package that was supposed to arrive this afternoon, we hoped he could perform the simple task of typing in the tracking number to a computer to locate the package, or perhaps scanning the backroom for it..A simple task, one would think. "What do you want me to do about it?..." was the reply...This, unfortunately, is the representative face of USPS here in Frankfort. I want to give this location a better review, but as customers who rely on this office (in such a rural location, choices are slim), we feel that it is impossible at this time.
