Postal Locations

I have a substitute mail lady and she has not left my mail in two days. There is a child's gate on the porch. My regular mail lady has no problem opening it and leaving my mail. It's not hard and doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how it opens. So my question is why can't I get my mail?

I live in Torrey Hills mobile home park. This is the 4th time in less than 6 months that our elderly mailman has put our mail & packages in somebody else's box and I'm sick of it.!! Walmart is beginning to think I am playing games because it keeps happening, or that we're being dishonest when we say the package never arrived. Tracking info says delivered, but to whom ? Really disgusted at not being able to call our local office about these issues.

Very poor customer service I haven’t receive my package over 3 weeks but it’s in the area! Never again !
