I was unable to access a package that was in my my package box because of key mixup. Called the PO and let them know the problem and asked them to please correct the issue the next day. In less then an hour, there was a knock on my door and a PO employee handed me my package! I didn't get her name so I can't thank her publicly. I am very impressed with such incredible service. It definitely was above and beyond what I requested. Thank You! Thank all of you who work at the post office. You are a fantastic group of people. On another topic. Does anybody, aside from myself, think that Louis Dejoy's mismanagement of the PO in reference to slowing mail down and the upcoming election thus forcing people to stand in line to cast their ballot during a pandemic and the seasonal flu have criminal liability? Maybe unintended manslaughter? Speak Up
