Our staff at this post office are awesome!!! They are so quick and efficient and very friendly. It is a pleasure to go in there. My carrier at home is awesome too! I could not ask for a better carrier. These people work very hard and I appreciate all that they do! I think they go above and beyond!!! Thank you everyone!!!

Ive had multiple packages come up missing and they have no answer for it. I continuously get wrong mail delivered to my house. The staff are rude and unhelpful when you call or show up in person. I've lived all over Michigan and this has got to be the worst postal office I've experienced.

Having worked as a substitute usps delivery person downstate some thirty years ago, I have am familiar with the "inner workings" on the "floor" where the "grunts" work. Thus I learned what is good employee/customer relationships and what is not. The problem is every delivery person has one goal at the top, and that is to source the mail, load up, and deliver as quickly as possible. In other words, few delivery people really put the customers benefit above their own. This leads to sometimes unsavory experiences. I am happy to report I had an issue with a package being left in the snow outside my garage today, when I was home and would have certainly appreciated and heard if they would have knocked and informed me of the package. I called Dan at the Cheboygan office and told him I had received an email telling me my package was delivered!! Well, it should have been placed inside my enclosed walkway, but that would have taken maybe 15-20 seconds longer and possibly put the delivery person a little behind schedule. Now, the good news is that Dan told me what happened was unacceptable and he would talk to the person, who was a temporary substitute, and inform him/her the proper procedure in a case like this. This really made me feel great because it showed there is a super at cheboygan that is concerned about the customers. So, Hats offfice to Cheboygan usps!!!!!

I am expecting a package, tracking said it was out for delivery, have already received my mail, no package. Where is it, who has it???? Also, did not receive my quarterly statements, had to call my investment person and have them redone and sent to me. So where are my statements, who has them?? Pretty sad that someone else has them and knows my business.
